This bar is made with ethically sourced cacao grown by farmers respecting human rights, biodiversity and cocoa forestry. Radek's chocolate is made in micro batches which are stone-ground for three days, blending their specially sourced cacao with barley malts, coconut sugar, cocoa butter, lucuma, and hops before they temper and finally wrap the bars.

Radek’s Chocolate are proud to have combined forces with Wiper and True to offer this delicious, malted barley & hop infused chocolate bar. For a unique experience, Radek's Chocolate have stone ground their carefully crafted chocolate with Wiper and True barley malts and gently infused Citra Hop cocoa butter which lend this bar with delicate citrus IPA aromatics.
