Bittermints – Our original recipe, a firm mint fondant thickly covered in intense 95% cocoa dark chocolate.

Mint Crisps – Crisp handmade honeycomb pieces in rich dark chocolate infused with peppermint oil.

Mint Fondants – Dark chocolate with a soft peppermint fondant centre.

Dark English Mints – A dark chocolate baton infused with fresh peppermint oil.

100% Vegan Ingredients:

Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Glucose Syrup, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Peppermint Oil with other natural flavourings, Stabiliser: Gum Arabic, Invertase, Raising Agent: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Vanilla Extract, Citric Acid.

Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 50% minimum.
